I am a registered nurse with experience across the continuum of life and want to join you in navigating issues like diabetes, chronic pain, decreased mobility, digestive challenges, skin problems, perimenopause, stress, family members with chronic symptoms and all the lifestyle impacts that come with these.
In one-on-one coaching, we explore the life-style you desire and a plan for how you can achieve it. Join me as you attain goals such as:

Relationships and community support are important for a healthy balanced life. For this reason, I offer a private Facebook group you can participate in during our time together and a monthly group coaching call. During this group call, I cover a general topic and take volunteers for coaching that will benefit the group. All of this is done with empowering you to manage the variables of your life you control.
